Dislocate

dislocate is a entirely student-run magazine rooted in the local literary and arts scenes & attached to the University of Minnesota’s (U of M) MFA program (ranked in the top ten by Poets & Writers). We recognize that being in a prestigious MFA program within the Twin Cities gives us the unique opportunity to link Minnesota’s thriving literary scene, along with other unique Minnesota communities, to readers & writers across the country. We publish works that cross boundaries and genres. dislocate is also a national literary journal benefiting from interviews with well-known writers who visit the U of M, but one which solicits, prioritizes, & features original & innovative work by excellent local writers & artists.
